Store credit is issued immediately upon approval of your return and can be used right away for your next purchase.

Damaged in Transit

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please keep all original packaging and documentation when reporting shipping damage, as this may be required for insurance claims.
